Because ATS can automatically transfer load from Mains power to generator set. In normal, when the Main power fails or voltage drops below 80% of the normal voltage, ATS will auto start standby generator set after a preset time of 0-10 sec (adjustable according to the users). Once generator reaches at rated speed, the ATS will transfer the load to standby generator sets automatically.
